Ye’s ‘Bully’ Misses Streaming Release After LA Listening Party

Kanye West’s long-delayed twelfth studio album Bully failed to appear on streaming platforms on its scheduled March 27 release date, despite listening parties held in Los Angeles, New York, and Atlanta.

West previewed the 18-track project live on YouTube just after midnight, with the session featuring appearances from Travis Scott, CeeLo Green, Nine Vicious, and André Troutman.

The Spotify page for the album was subsequently deleted. No official explanation has been issued. Speculation points to a delay tied to fan backlash over AI-generated vocals that appeared on a leaked version of the project — a controversy West addressed on X with the post “BULLY ON THE WAY NO AI.” A physical release appears to be proceeding as planned.

West is scheduled to perform at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles on April 1 and April 3.
