ASAP Rocky Fortnite Skin Teased in Instagram Story Clip Ahead of Next Season

An ASAP Rocky Fortnite skin is on the way. On October 21, 2026, the Harlem rapper posted an eight-second teaser to his Instagram Story that shows an in-game Rocky outfit in Epic Games’ battle royale, ending on a shot of him holding a Rocket Launcher marked “Don’t Be Dumb” in front of a pirate flag, according to Beebom. Epic has not yet announced a release date, a price or the full bundle.

Is the ASAP Rocky Fortnite skin official?

Mostly. The teaser came from Rocky’s own account and shows in-game footage, which puts it well beyond a rumor. What is still missing is the Epic Games side: as of October 21, 2026, there was no Item Shop date, no V-Bucks price and no Icon Series announcement on the official Fortnite news page. Instagram Stories disappear after 24 hours, so screen recordings of the clip are now circulating on fan accounts.

Epic usually confirms music collaborations with a trailer of its own. When Yeat joined the Icon Series, Epic revealed his set on October 14, 2026 and put it in the Item Shop the next day alongside update 42.40, in the middle of Fortnitemares, as Beebom reported. A similar trailer is the next thing to look for with Rocky.

What does the ASAP Rocky Fortnite teaser show?

The clip is short but packed. Beebom describes a katana-wielding, anime-style assassin look, a Rocket Launcher with “Don’t Be Dumb” written on it, a nod to Rocky’s January 2026 album, and a closing shot of Rocky in front of a pirate flag. The outlet also reads the footage as a hint that the Yacht, a point of interest from Chapter 2 Season 2, could return to the map.

The pirate theme ties into something players have already found in the game. A chest in the lagoon east of Sunken Shores, internally named the Nice Shark Chest, went live on October 17, and leaked game data links Rocky’s “RIOT (Rowdy Pipe’n)” to the first of its daily stages, according to All Things How. Leakers have connected the same chest to a rumored One Piece crossover, which Epic has not announced.

What is confirmed and what is still unconfirmed?

The teaser itself is confirmed. Everything about the release, from the date to the price and the contents of the bundle, still has to come from Epic.

When could the ASAP Rocky Fortnite skin come out?

The most likely window is the start of the next season. Fortnite’s next season is expected to begin on November 1, 2026, and Beebom links Rocky’s teaser to that Chapter 7 mini-season. Until Epic posts an Item Shop date, treat November 1 as an educated guess rather than a release date.

Why is ASAP Rocky joining Fortnite now?

Fortnite has treated hip-hop as one of its biggest lanes since Travis Scott’s Astronomical concert in April 2020, and Yeat became the latest rapper in the Icon Series only a week ago. Rocky also has plenty to promote. Don’t Be Dumb arrived on January 16, 2026 with cover art by Tim Burton as his first album since 2018’s Testing, and Disc 2 is on the way, with his “Shroom Clouds” video hinting at an October 30 date.

He is also fresh off the road. The European leg of the DON’T BE DUMB World Tour ran 25 dates from Brussels on August 25 to Athens on October 11, including his first-ever show in Bulgaria, which TSNVWRLD covered from the crowd in Sofia. For an artist whose image is built as much on fashion as on music, a playable outfit in one of the biggest games in the world is a natural next step.

What’s next for ASAP Rocky in Fortnite?

The next step is an official word from Epic Games, most likely a trailer with an Item Shop date and price. Watch the official Fortnite news page and Rocky’s Instagram for the first confirmed details. This story is developing, and TSNVWRLD will update it as soon as Epic confirms the outfit, the date or the price.
