Kiari Kendrell Cephus, born December 14, 1991, records as Offset. Raised in Gwinnett County outside Atlanta, he appeared as a backup dancer in a Whitney Houston video at ten, and in 2008 formed Migos with Quavo and Takeoff. "Versace" broke the group in 2013, and "Bad and Boujee" topped the Hot 100 in 2017 with a verse widely credited as the song's center. Migos released four albums, from Yung Rich Nation through Culture III, before disbanding in 2023. As a solo artist he released Without Warning with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin, which produced his first platinum single "Ric Flair Drip," followed by Father of 4, Set It Off and Kiari. He has also acted, and his marriage to Cardi B kept him in tabloid coverage for most of a decade.
