Frankie Pulitzer is the rap alias of English actor Tom Hardy, born Edward Thomas Hardy on September 15, 1977, in Hammersmith, London. He trained at Richmond Drama School and the Drama Centre London, made his film debut in Black Hawk Down in 2001, and built a career on Bronson, Warrior, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Locke, Legend, Mad Max: Fury Road and the Venom films, along with a long run of work with Christopher Nolan. He earned an Academy Award nomination for The Revenant. Hardy has rapped since long before the alias surfaced publicly, and recorded a full album with the Boston and Staten Island supergroup Czarface as Frankie Pulitzer. Czarface Meets Frankie Pulitzer is set for release on August 28, 2026, preceded by the single "Brothers Grimm."
